Playoff Format 2009/10

The playoffs are played over 2 nights February 26 & March 5.
After the regular season ends the teams are ranked 1-5.
Teams #4 and #5 will play the 1 st game on Feb 26 th with the winner playing #1 in the 2 nd game,
for a spot in the championship on Mar 5 th.
#2 and #3 will play in the 3 rd game for a spot in the championship.
Ties in these games will be settled by the regular season standings.

On March 5 th the losers from the 2 nd & 3 rd games play in the 1 st game for 3 rd overall.
The winners from the 2 nd & 3 rd games play in the 2 nd game for 1 st overall.

No overtime for the 3 rd place game.
Championship game: 5 minute overtime, five to a side.
If still tied, 5 minute overtime, four to a side.
If still tied, three a side shoot-out.
